We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Tech Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in the firm's office in Hyderabad. This team serves as the organizational strategy office for the DESIS Tech Business Unit (BU), led by the Managing Director (BU Head) and the Tech leadership group, encompassing over 1,000 technical staff in India. In this role, you will partner directly with the BU Head and the technology leadership group to evaluate, design, and deliver BU-wide strategies, programs, and initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep technical and organizational insights to drive data-driven decision making and optimize operational effectiveness. You will lead and coordinate complex, cross-departmental projects and deliver actionable business intelligence by working with complex datasets and synthesizing insights for senior leadership. Additionally, you will mentor and develop junior team members by providing both technical and behavioral guidance, while actively encouraging and institutionalizing a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Comfort working with ambiguity, navigating dynamic environments, and aligning diverse stakeholder perspectives (from technical engineers to senior executives)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be able to confidently interact with both senior management and technical teams in a multicultural, global context
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, proficiency in business intelligence, and experience with scenario planning and data storytelling
- Solutions- and results-oriented thinking, with recognized critical thinking and leadership capabilities
