Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Learning and Development (L&D) programs.
• Oversee multiple L&D projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning initiatives.
• Drive organizational development and learning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
