Job Purpose

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting programs to ensure quality delivery, donor compliance, and measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Program planning and implementation
• Team supervision and capacity building
• Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)
• Budget and financial monitoring
• Donor and stakeholder coordination
• Compliance, documentation, and risk management
