Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver complex banking projects at our Mumbai location.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Project Management, particularly in the Banking and Financial Services sector, [worked in a Software Company / Organisation as a PM ( NOT as a Bank's PM role-playing candidate )]. With hands-on experience in Payments Systems and Cloud implementations.

This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and risk management skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of proven experience in Project Management or Program Management is a must
2. Strong track record in leading Banking Project implementations, ideally with exposure to Payments Systems, is a must
3. At least 2–3 successful end-to-end implementations of Banking Payments Projects
4. Prior experience in managing or supporting Cloud transformation projects is highly desirable
5. Deep understanding of Project Financials, Cost Management, and Risk Mitigation
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
8. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
9. Scope and Expectation Management: Effectively manage customer expectations and maintain rigorous scope control.
10. Team Coordination: Maintain clear communication, coordination, and guidance with the offshore team.
