Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale, cross-functional programs for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations)
Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
Drive program governance, reporting, and status updates
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations
Lead Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
Strong experience managing large, cross-functional programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred
PMP / Agile certifications
Experience working with global clients (HPE or similar)
Background in IT / Cloud / Digital transformation programs
