Role Brief
As a Program Manager at Goodera, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of volunteering events for our clients. You'll be responsible for coordinating across teams, maintaining accurate event data, and managing logistics to deliver high-quality experiences for volunteers worldwide. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers.
- Update and manage the central event tracker by working with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric).
- Maintain client context information and relay event-related details to the Experience team for smooth planning and execution.
- Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of event materials.
- Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) to enable hosts to deliver engaging events.
- Review and quality-check final event materials such as presentations and Know Before You Go (KBYG) documents to ensure excellence.
- Act as the liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teamsresolving last-mile issues related to shipments, collaterals, or other event requirements.
