15+ year track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or related technical discipline

Development experience in data & cloud engineering domain at scale
Experience in managing and maintaining Modern data platform/data warehouses, big data applications, Java/J2EE, ETLs & Cloud DevOps

Attending presales tech meetings to represent engineering management and ability to produce a proposal/RFI responses.

Define & suggest system NFRs, Security, Resiliency, DR, Five9 availability, Observability & Recovery, Blue/Green deployments for Production grade Enterprise Cloud & data platforms.
Assist pre-sales in RFP submission on DevOps processes, models & solutions.
Identify and utilize best practices in the industry to maximize efficient and elegant enterprise solutions while minimizing cost.
Lead & manage multiple large engagements & regular program level reporting to internal & external stakeholders.
Identify upskilling needs as per the business objectives.
Assess client needs and requirements to ensure appropriate approach to solve client challenges.
