Role OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end programs across operations, marketing, design, technology, and outlet-level requirements. This role acts as the central command center ensuring that every project moves from requirement to execution with clarity, speed, and zero ambiguity. The Program Manager manages cross-functional teams, aligns stakeholders, monitors progress, and ensures the successful delivery of high-impact outcomes across all brands.
Core Responsibilities1. Program Planning & Execution- Break down high-level business goals into structured, actionable programs.
- Create program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability charts.
- Implement standardized processes across all teams to maintain consistency.
- Track progress across multiple programs and ensure timely delivery.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination- Act as the single point of contact between founders, marketing, design, operations, and tech teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear briefs for execution teams.
- Ensure inter-departmental alignment to avoid communication gaps.
- Conduct daily/weekly check-ins, reviewing blockers and priorities.
3. Requirement Gathering & Prioritization- Interact directly with founders and on-ground stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Assess urgency, business impact, and dependencies to prioritize tasks.
- Convert unstructured asks into structured SOP-ready requirements.
- Maintain a centralized requirement log with timelines and owners.
4. Governance & Quality Control- Implement SOPs to standardize delivery across outlets and teams.
- Perform quality checks before anything goes out to stakeholders.
- Establish approval workflows, review cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
5. Communication & Reporting- Provide clear and timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and program performance summaries.
- Present risk assessments, mitigation plans, and progress insights.
- Maintain solid documentation for all programs and processes.
6. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity gaps early.
- Facilitate quick decision-making to keep programs on track.
- Resolve escalations from design, marketing, and operations teams proactively.
- Ensure uninterrupted progress across all workstreams.
7. Performance Monitoring & Optimization- Track KPIs for all programs and team functions.
- Improve workflow efficiency, turnaround time, and output quality.
- Identify and fix repeated inefficiencies, communication gaps, and process breakdowns.
- Evaluate program impact on brand growth and operational success.
