WW requestors submit intakes to deliver: (1) onboarding new shippers, carriers, and services to the shipping network, (2) facilitating package movement and tracking in Amazon and third-party (3P) networks, (3) changes in carrier artifacts like labels and manifests, (4) carrier configurations such as routing codes and account IDs, (5) custom tech-builds for meeting business-specific asks delivered by ShipTech every year, and (6) support for improving the quality of Amazon's worldwide shipment infrastructure by defining the usage, configuration, and standardization of transportation milestones.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our ShipTech Analytics (STA) team. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between STA's engineering and analytics teams and key business funding partners (e.g., AMZL, ATS EU, S&A). Our mission is to be a trusted partner and enabler to Amazon Operations improving shipment tracking logic and capabilities, enabling automated shipment workflows, and delivering high-quality analytics solutions for different legs of logistics. Work backwards from business need-by dates (e.g., Prime Day, Q4 Peak) to build realistic delivery roadmaps across parallel workstreams, coordinating across SDMs, SDEs, UX designers, and business stakeholders.

Track and drive feature adoption post-launch in partnership with business and operations teams; maintain accurate reporting on funded headcount utilization, delivery timelines, and TAT metrics.

Communicate program statuses and updates across a global audience; manage competing priorities and drive alignment with leadership from different teams to implement optimal solutions for the worldwide network
