Role Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale projects within our payment's ecosystem. This role will involve managing delivery, ensuring production excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining regulatory and compliance standards. You will be a key bridge between internal teams, clients, and senior leadership
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of large, complex integration and delivery programs.
- Manage production operations, ensuring uptime, stability, and performance.
- Oversee client-facing delivery projects from inception to go-live.
- Collaborate closely with technology, compliance, and business teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Ensure adherence to all digital payment regulations, including PCI-DSS, KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and team efficiency.
- Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional teams for consistent delivery success.
Must-Have Skills
- 15+ years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, and production oversight.
- At least 710 years in senior leadership roles within technology service or fintech/payment gateway environments.
- Strong experience in integration projects, client-facing delivery, and production management.
- Excellent understanding of digital payment compliance and regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, KYC, AML, RBI guidelines).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with international payment systems and cross-border transactions.
- Knowledge of tokenization, fraud detection systems, or recurring billing solutions.
- Exposure to APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based payment platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time achievement of billing and delivery milestones.
- Successful delivery of integrated client projects.
- High client satisfaction and engagement scores.
