Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the local service organization to deliver exceptional services, exceeding customer expectations and meeting financial goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts and lead a team of Field Service Supervisors and Technicians in partnership with Honeywell subcontractors.
  • Ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services in compliance with contract KPIs, SLAs, and both Honeywell and customer requirements.
  • Manage services related to BMS Controls, Chillers, Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Security and Access Control Systems, and Water Treatment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Building Services Experience: In-depth knowledge of field service operations and financial processes.
  • Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization and conflict resolution abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present internally and externally when needed.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand financial data at the contract level and take action based on variances to achieve key metrics.
  • Operational Analysis: Skilled in gathering operational data and recognizing trends or cause-effect relationships.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make effective decisions and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Execution: Mobilize resources, develop, and implement action plans to meet desired outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Assess risks, determine acceptable levels, and take steps to minimize them.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Change Leadership: Guide teams through change in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Delegation: Assign decision-making authority and tasks to the appropriate team members, setting clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Coaching and Development: Enhance team performance by setting high standards, providing feedback, and discussing improvement strategies.
