Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Group Technical Manager to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the development and integration of high-availability, communication & collaboration. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, requiring hands-on involvement in architecture, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multiple backend services Chat, Meetings, Configuration, Email/Voicemail Clients, etc

Define and drive architectural decisions for various interfaces

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align roadmap with business goals.

Lead performance optimization, security hardening, and compliance initiatives (e.g., JITC standards).

Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.

18+ years of experience in telecom product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong background in backend development (JAVA, C/C++, Hypervisor environments, PBX, conferencing, media servers).

Deep understanding of REST, SIP & communication standards.

Experience with Linux OS for server configuration & deployment.

[Good to have] Experience in frontend development using JavaScript for GUI and soft client interfaces.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex telecom solutions.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Prior involvement in strategic planning and roadmap execution.

Exposure to UC/Telecom systems and SIP RFPs.
