Lead the program management of multi-functional Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
Take accountability for our customers to ensure the program realizes financial benefits and transformational results.
Manage the risks, issues and actions for the accounts, track them to meet the expected results and timelines, and build mitigation plans as the program evolves.
Manage the delivery quality of the partner teams and resources where required.
Organize various project requirements into clear goals and objectives, and break down projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in program management, client service, or management consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, third-party developers and leveraging quantitative assessment, analysis for decision-making, and prioritization.
Understanding of the cloud marketplace and the differentiators in offerings.
Ability to learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time as needed.
