Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for a Program Manager at Fluke Games. The Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of game development projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are efficiently allocated. The role involves coordinating teams, managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless communication among contributors. The Program Manager will also identify project risks and implement effective solutions while supporting a collaborative and creative environment within a diverse team of developers and contributors.

NOTE: This is a volunteer/internship role and does not offer financial compensation. A certificate of internship/experience will be provided on successful completion. It is an opportunity to collaborate, build portfolio-quality work, and gain experience while contributing to the development of our project.

Core Requirements:

• Project Management and Collaboration skills, including experience with task delegation, workload balancing, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, track timelines, and manage deliverables effectively
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks
• Experience with Project Management Tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus
• Passion for the gaming industry and a strong interest in game development processes
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (any relevant field such as Computer Science, Game Development, Business, or similar)
