Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Human Resource Manager to drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role will focus on HR strategy, succession planning, organizational development, and stakeholder management while partnering closely with business leaders to enable growth and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and the ability to link HR initiatives with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Business Alignment

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.

2. Succession Planning & Talent Management

  • Design and implement robust succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create leadership development pipelines.
  • Drive talent review and workforce planning processes.

3. Organizational Development (OD)

  • Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive culture-building, employee engagement, and performance management frameworks.
  • Implement OD interventions to improve productivity and efficiency.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business heads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
  • Ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business expectations.

5. Business & Financial Acumen

  • Understand business financials (P&L, cost structures, budgeting) and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Drive cost optimization through workforce planning and productivity improvements.
  • Support leadership in decision-making with data-driven insights and HR analytics.

6. Change & Transformation

  • Lead HR transformation projects including digital HR, process improvements, and policy enhancements.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and scalability.

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Certifications in Organizational Development or Talent Management (preferred)

Preferred Industry Exposure

  • FMCG / Logistics / Manufacturing / Corporate HR environments
