We are looking for a Chief of Staff who can operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership, drive cross-functional initiatives, and help turn business priorities into measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and organizational priorities.
• Translate business goals into structured execution plans, milestones, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning operations, delivery, process improvement, stakeholder management, and business growth initiatives.
• Develop executive presentations, business cases, leadership updates, and decision-making frameworks.
• Track key initiatives, risks, dependencies, and progress against organizational objectives.
• Drive alignment across leadership teams and ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and communicate business updates in a clear and structured manner.
• Support operational reviews, transformation projects, organizational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and strong business storytelling.
• Act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to leadership teams across India and the US.

What We're Looking For

• 6–12 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, transformation, program management, PMO, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience working in management consulting, professional services, technology consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy environments.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and drive execution independently.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and influencing outcomes.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Healthcare, payer, or healthcare consulting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
