Program Manager

Job Description:

• Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.).
• They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles.
• leading product development & delivery experience along with software engineering practices, working in an Agile Environment.
• This person will have interactions with leadership and needs to have good communication (both written and oral) and should feel empowered to lead up actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc.
• Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers
• Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements
• Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
• Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs
• Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap

Skills Required:

• Full Stack Java Developer, Spring Boot, Angular, GCP

Skills Preferred:

• Cloud Infrastructure

Experience Required:

• Senior Specialist Exp: 10+ years in IT; Complex Global Programs

Experience Preferred:

• Highly effective in working with other technical experts, Product Managers/Owner, UI/UX Designers and business stakeholders
• Delivered products that include full stack fdevelopment; Java, Springboot, CSS, Angular, Python etc.
• Hands on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines e.g. Tekton, Terraform Jenkins, Cloud Build, etc.
• Experience with Rally/JIRA, backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar Agile Tools
• Hands on experience in the development of microservices
• Understanding of fundamental data modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge with machine learning, mathematical modeling, LLM and data analysis

Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree

Education Preferred:

• Certification Program

• Should clearly communicate product vision / strategy to team members and stakeholders
• Technically mentor the team to deliver expected business values
