Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in environmental regulations and safety management.
  • Experience in EHS management systems or managing EHS compliance including Environmental Compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in mission-critical environments (data center, construction, manufacturing, semi-conductor or major infrastructure, etc.).
  • Knowledge of India EHS regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex technical Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) risks into executive-level insight for business stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessment and oversee high-risk activities including Lockout-tagout (LOTO), electrical work (arc flash), hot work, working at heights, and confined spaces and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents/near-misses, implementing corrective and preventative action (CAPA).
  • Travel up to 50% of the time and be onsite full time, 5 days per week as needed.
