Job Description

About The Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused professional to manage PDI's

portfolio of internal and external programmes. Working closely with the PDI Lead, you will

ensure seamless programme delivery, meaningful learner experiences, effective stakeholder

engagement and sustainable programme growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Programme Delivery & Cohort Management

- Lead end-to-end execution of professional learning programmes across internal and external

audiences. - Manage programme calendars, participant journeys and cohort experiences across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats. - Oversee flagship programmes including the Rethink Education Programme and the PG

Diploma in Early Childhood Education, ensuring strong learner engagement and completion

outcomes.

2.) Partnerships & Growth

- Support partnerships with schools, institutions and ecosystem organizations. - Drive programme outreach, track enquiries and enrolments, and contribute to proposals and

customized offerings. - Identify opportunities to expand programme reach and impact.

3.) Curriculum & Learning Experience

- Coordinate the development and enhancement of curricula, assessments and learning

resources. - Work closely with faculty, facilitators and subject matter experts to ensure programme quality and relevance.

- Support innovation in programme design and delivery.

4.) Content, Communications & Thought Leadership

- Manage PDI's content and communications calendar across programmes and stakeholder

groups. - Oversee newsletters, learner communications, website updates and social media narratives. - Curate and publish case studies, impact stories, blogs, white papers and other knowledge

products. - Ensure consistency in PDI's voice and strengthen its visibility through compelling storytelling.

5.) Operations & Quality Assurance

- Oversee programme logistics, budgets, documentation and reporting. - Monitor participant feedback and programme impact to drive continuous improvement. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and facilitators to ensure delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For

- Postgraduate qualification in Education, Management, Human Resources, Organisational

Development or a related field.

- 7–10 years of experience in programme management, professional learning, executive

education or capability-building initiatives.

- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a high degree of ownership.

- Experience in K–12 education, higher education, cohort-based programmes or content-led initiatives will be an advantage.
