Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving problems, executing plans, and driving impact across teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building from scratch (0 to 1)
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the leadership team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives
- Lead project planning, tracking, execution, and cross-functional coordination
- Identify operational gaps and streamline internal processes
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and drive data-based decision-making
- Build and maintain project documentation and dashboards
- Be a single point of accountability for critical initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced startup (Founder's Office / Growth / Strategy / Ops)
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools
- Tier-1 graduation preferred (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIM etc.)
- Must be available to join immediately
- Location: Calicut, Kerala (on-site role)
