Role Overview

Owns end-to-end edtech programs across the full learner journey - from onboarding to program completion - driving revenue, margins, growth, and learner outcomes while leading cross-functional teams across sales, academics, trainers, and operations. Ensures high learner satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), upselling premium academic modules, and compliance with educational standards.

  • Business ownership: Drive end-to-end P&L for the Live Learning vertical, own revenue, margins, growth, and cost discipline.
  • Sales & enrollments: Lead the inquiry-to-enrollment funnel; build and manage the admissions counseling team; improve conversion, batch fill rates, and unit economics (CAC, LTV).
  • Academic delivery: Own curriculum, learning outcomes, and assessments; ensure measurable learner outcomes, proficiency-level achievement, and target band-score improvements.
  • Operations: Run a tight operating rhythm across batch scheduling, attendance, learner support, refunds, and certifications; uphold SLAs and SOPs end-to-end.
  • Learner experience: Own NPS/CSAT, completion rates, and learner success stories; run NPS pulses at milestones, close detractor loops, and design retention programs to reduce drop-offs.
  • Stakeholder management: Set clear expectations with learners, trainers, marketing, and leadership on timelines, outcomes, and program updates; maintain CRM hygiene and weekly forecasts.
  • Process & growth: Identify bottlenecks, propose playbook changes, train teams, and partner on new programs, segments, and B2B opportunities; uphold data privacy and academic compliance protocols.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue & growth: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and YoY growth targets.
  • Profitability: Maintain target gross and contribution margin per program; cost discipline on trainer and operations spend.
  • Funnel & conversion: Lead-to-enrollment conversion, batch fill rate, and CAC payback within targets.
  • NPS/CSAT & escalations: Meet program NPS/CSAT targets.
  • Retention & operations: Reduce preventable dropouts; consistent SOP application; weekly forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years in program management, business operations, or P&L roles in edtech, training, or learning services.
  • Proven revenue ownership - funnel management, conversion uplift, upsell/retention - with demonstrable improvements in NPS or learner outcomes.
  • Experience managing trainers/faculty and academic delivery; comfortable owning quality benchmarks, escalations, and learner expectations.
  • Process-oriented: SLAs, SOPs, batch operations, and reducing turnaround times across sales and academics.
  • Analytical: cohort analysis, funnel, and dropout forecasting in Excel/Sheets; comfortable with instrumenting a business with dashboards.
  • Tools: CRM, LMS platforms, Notion, automation workflows; able to set up reporting and operating cadence from scratch.
  • Communication: Excellent English (written/spoken); Hindi a plus. Owner mindset — willing to lead from the front.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to overseas education, study abroad, or global mobility ecosystems.
  • Experience launching or scaling instructor-led, cohort-based, or live-learning programs.
  • NPS campaign or learner marketing experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Hands-on experience running a program or business unit (revenue, delivery, and team ownership) is essential.
