Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and govern multiple related projects across data, cloud, and AI initiatives. This role focuses on program planning, cross-team coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring aligned delivery across teams and timelines.
This position is ideal for someone experienced in managing complex technology programs, working closely with senior stakeholders, and driving execution across Microsoft-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and workstreams
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams
- Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across the program
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Track program progress, budgets, and resource utilization
- Ensure alignment with delivery standards, governance, and compliance
- Provide regular program-level reporting to leadership and clients
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and frameworks
- Support portfolio planning and prioritization initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering technology programs
- Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystems (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, M365)
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Solid knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong planning, risk management, and decision-making abilities
- Experience using delivery and reporting tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering data, analytics, cloud, or AI programs
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
- Microsoft, PMI, or Agile certifications
- Experience with enterprise-scale transformation or modernization programs
