Project Tracking & Reporting
Update project trackers and follow up with stakeholders for inputs.
Monitor timelines, site progress, dependencies, and risks.
Prepare weekly project reports, summaries, and MIS updates.
Maintain project documents such as drawings, BOQs, approvals, and vendor details.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Support as the coordination point for Business, Expansion, Design, Ops, and other internal teams.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure action closures.
Attend project meetings and circulate clear Minutes of Meeting.
Risk & Issue Flagging
Identify early delays or gaps by reviewing progress updates.
Highlight issues to Project Managers with relevant details.
Ensure consistent follow-ups on pending items.
Project Coordination Support
Basic understanding of interior fitout and MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire).
Review drawings for minor discrepancies and escalate appropriately.
Assist in site checks, snagging, and readiness assessments.
Data & Documentation
Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and structured reporting formats.
Prepare clean and simple presentations for reviews and partner updates.
Ensure proper version control and documentation hygiene.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 34 years in interior/retail fitout or project coordination roles.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of interior works & MEP; good Excel and PPT skills.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Education
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields (preferred).
Other Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, proactive, able to multitask.
Travel: Willing to visit sites as needed.
