Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple programs and initiatives across channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Use data and analytics to assess program performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor program health and communicate progress to Management.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
  • Optimize resource allocation, timelines, and processes to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Responsible for design & deployment of Contest, Campaign, Rewards & Recognition payout / incentives schemes
  • Liaison with all Stakeholders Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Operations teams in strategic as well as operational matters
  • Execute projects across initiatives like customers experience, process improvement, vendor empanelment etc
  • Monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets

Job Requirements:

  • Graduation/ MBA
  • 8 - 12 Years experience in Banking / Financial Services
  • Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Exp in handling various channels
  • Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Convincing skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
