Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders. Your role will involve:
- Coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless project execution
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Defining project scope and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Managing resource availability and optimal allocation
- Developing detailed project plans to track progress and proactively managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs
- Monitoring project performance using appropriate tools, reporting key updates, and escalating issues when required
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment at all stages
- Conducting risk management to minimize project risks and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Meeting clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify expectations
- Tracking both short-term and long-term project goals to ensure successful completion
- Managing project budgets, analyzing financial impact, and adjusting constraints when needed
- Preparing comprehensive project plans for internal teams and client partners
Requirements Must Have / Good To Have
- Proven experience in managing IT projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience in project management (preferred)
- PMP certification is a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Project (MPP), and other MS Office tools
