Lead programs and projects through Core and Extended Teams to deliver reliable, competitive products that meet timelines, design inputs, and quality metrics in a highly matrixed organization.
Partner with Product Management to align on market requirements and user needs, and with R&D to ensure technical feasibility.
Engage cross-functional teams including quality, regulatory, operations, and other functions for seamless program execution.
Communicate project goals, status, and deliverables effectively to various audiences, including executive leadership.
Negotiate project contracts with the Automation and CIT Product Planning Group.
Ensure program performance against scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets; identify root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions.
Own program budget, schedule, resource management, and performance.
Leverage agile and lean (DBS) methodologies to drive fast-paced, iterative development while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality processes.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
