Program Manager Clinical IT (f/m/d)

Lead programs/projects through Core and Extended Teams to deliver reliable and competitive products that meet timelines, design inputs, and quality metrics in a matrixed organization.

Partner with Product Management to align on market requirements and user needs, and with R&D to ensure technical feasibility.

Engage cross-functional teams including quality, regulatory, and operations for seamless execution.

Communicate project goals, status, and deliverables effectively to diverse stakeholders including executive leadership.

Negotiate project contracts with Automation and CIT Product Planning Group.

Ensure continuous program performance against scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets.

Identify root causes of deviations and implement countermeasures while fostering a safe environment for problem-solving.
