About the RoleWe are looking for a Program Manager to own client delivery across multiple projects. This role sits above project managers and ensures smooth execution, strong client communication (without over-dependence), and consistent delivery quality across programs.
You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership—ensuring commitments are met without operational chaos.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
- Own client communication for ongoing programs (updates, escalations, reviews)
- Translate client requirements into clear execution plans
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Program Delivery
- Oversee multiple projects across teams (PMs, coordinators, vendors)
- Ensure timelines, quality, and SLAs are consistently met
- Identify delivery risks early and take corrective actions
Team & Process Management
- Manage and guide Project Managers and Coordinators
- Build scalable processes for high-volume, fast-paced delivery
- Ensure minimal dependency on founders for execution
Reporting & Governance
- Create weekly dashboards and delivery reports
- Track KPIs: timelines, quality, cost, efficiency
- Maintain structured documentation and SOPs
Problem Solving & Escalations
- Handle critical delivery issues and client escalations
- Improve systems to reduce recurring problems
Requirements- 4–8 years experience in program management / operations / delivery roles
- Strong experience in client handling and stakeholder management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in data collection / AI ops / BPO / operations is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and structured thinking
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
