Job Description

A Bachelors degree is required. Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
17 to 21 years experience, at least 5 years in executing/managing programs for life sciences organizations
Good understanding the life sciences value chain preferably in the R&D, clinical trail space
Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager with a successful track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Deep understanding of Agile methodology and ways of working. Relevant certifications in this space will be advantageous.
Good understanding of the digital landscape and digital transformation concepts
Experience of managing technology modernization, cloud migrations, application development, analytics initiatives across the life sciences value chain
Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional projects
Outstanding stakeholder management, superior influencing, and collaboration skills
Strategic mindset, outstanding critical thinking
Highly proactive and motivated professional with an ability to think outside the box and a willingness to challenge the status quo
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions, process information quickly, and assess impacts on data elements
Ability to lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team
