Position: Program Manager Business Development

Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager who can build and scale strategic business programs from scratch. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, business development, and financial solutions, and will be responsible for designing and operationalizing programs that enable business growth for our operator ecosystem.

The Program Manager will work closely with business development teams, finance, risk, and external financial partners, while owning the end-to-end program lifecyclefrom strategy design to execution, governance, and scale-up.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building new business lines, structuring complex programs, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.

What you will do:

Strategy & Program Design

  • Conceptualize and build new business and financial programs from zero to one.
  • Define program objectives, success metrics, eligibility criteria, and governance frameworks.
  • Design the first layer of strategy around:
  • Who to onboard, What financial products to offer, How offerings are structured,What parameters and controls are required Translate strategic intent into clear SOPs, workflows, and execution plans.

Business Development & Operator Engagement

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard businesses and operators requiring financial support, within and outside the existing ecosystem.
  • Work closely with business development teams to maintain and grow a pipeline of borrowers and partners.
  • Design customized deal structures across different use cases.
  • Act as a strategic interface between operators and internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals and financial viability.

Financial Programs & Deal Structuring

  • Design and manage programs across multiple financial constructs including channel financing, vehicle leasing, and embedded financial solutions.
  • Support deal structuring across different segments such as ICE, EV, cabs, and asset-backed models.
  • Ensure documentation completeness and support business cases with viability and unit economics proofs.

Risk, Governance & Performance Monitoring

  • Define risk parameters, underwriting logic, and mitigation SOPs in collaboration with finance and risk teams.
  • Monitor program health through borrowing and rejection rates, portfolio performance, and early distress indicators.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks for ongoing risk and performance visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with finance teams for internal alignment and approvals.
  • Coordinate with external financial partners through designated teams.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams for execution enablement.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders to scale programs efficiently.

Ecosystem & Capability Building

  • Design and launch partner and operator awareness programs to drive adoption.
  • Contribute to building an operator-first financial ecosystem that supports growth at every stage.
  • Help evolve the platform toward a one-stop solution for loan facilitation, channel financing, and asset leasing.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in program management, strategy, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale initiatives from scratch
  • Strong understanding of business models, financial concepts, and unit economics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and structured problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to lending, leasing, NBFCs, fintech, or asset-heavy businesses.
  • Experience in B2B ecosystems, supply chain, or platform businesses.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
