Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic programs focused on delivering defined business benefits and value
  • Develop and manage benefit realization frameworks and reporting mechanisms to track progress against targets
  • Collaborate with business units, finance, and project teams to validate benefit baselines and expected outcomes
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure program impact, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Create and deliver clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact benefit delivery or program execution
  • Drive continuous improvement in benefit tracking processes, governance, and reporting standards
  • Support decision-making with insights derived from program performance data and business intelligence tools
  • Facilitate program reviews, steering committees, and benefit realization workshops
  • Ensure documentation, audit trails, and reporting compliance with internal and external standards
