Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Program and Operational Coordination Manager to enhance operational effectiveness and drive cross-functional initiatives. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams to identify, implement, and monitor impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Develop and implement initiatives that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with battery and charger OEMs, IOT manufacturers and ground operations teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Gather and act on feedback to improve operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management with OEMs
- Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on service battery ageing and associated service chargers.
- Monitor out-of-warranty service charges for assets and drive cost-effective measures along with product-level improvements.
- Track service battery ageing and lead programs to strengthen SLA adherence with OEMs.
- Own and drive the complete P&L for assets in service, ensuring operational and financial efficiency.
3.Analytical Insights and Decision Support:
- Use data analytics to drive decisions and refine strategies for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and operational performance.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in Strategy, Program Management, or similar fields with a proven ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Program & Process Management: Strong experience in program and process management, including process design and optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel & SQL, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. (Python is a Plus)
- Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams, particularly in ground operations.
- Operational Focus: Demonstrated experience working closely with ground operations teams and optimizing on-ground processes.
- Cost Optimization: Proven experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing effective solutions, and managing programs that drive operational cost efficiency.
