The Role

The PM and APM are the operational backbone and academic leaders for 3 to 4 assigned schools. They drive measurable student outcomes through curriculum tracking, teacher development, and data driven interventions, while building trust with school leadership, parents, and students.

Required skills

• :Graduation in B.Tech, B.E, or M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematic
• s3 to 6 years of work experience in education, test prep, or field operation
• sExposure to JEE or NEET preparation is a good sig
• nOpen to travel 10 to 15 days a month and comfortable with rural posting
