Job Description

Job Title- ADO Migration Program Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate end-to-end tool migrations across

multiple teams, including kickoff, planning, scheduling, and execution

Ensure user readiness and identity accuracy (e.g.,

Jira account setup) prior to migration to prevent ownership and notification

issues

Govern data mapping, hierarchy alignment, field

definitions, and dataset validation

Coordinate sample migrations, validation cycles,

defect resolution, and final cutover readiness

Manage training, communications, and change

adoption, ensuring a single source of truth via the migration ticket

Why This Role Is Critical

Migration success depends on tight coordination

across technical, operational, and organizational dependencies

Sample migrations require multiple structured

validation cycles that cannot be managed ad hoc

Cutover execution and sequencing across teams (often

over multiple weekends) requires centralized planning and risk management
