Program Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of the game development portfolio through structured project management practices. This role is critical in aligning business objectives with execution strategies to ensure the success of the unit and the organization as a whole.

• Oversee the overall planning and execution of the game development portfolio, ensuring alignment with priorities and delivery timelines.
• Serve as Scrum Master; lead sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate regularly with PMO and cross-functional teams to track project progress and resolve dependencies.
• Bring hands-on experience working with global, distributed teams across time zones.
• Effectively document and map business processes and workflows with clarity and precision.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, key metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from tools and data sources, ensuring accuracy and surfacing leading indicators.
• Manage and align stakeholder expectations, addressing critical issues and ensuring proactive follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Management, Studios, and fellow Project Managers across geographies.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues, including assessing business impact and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients on key risks, updates, and strategic decisions.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA (Cloud), Smartsheet, and Power BI.
• Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment built on trust and accountability.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.

What Were Looking For

• Extensive Project Management Experience: Over a decade of experience managing full project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, estimating, execution, and delivery.
• Methodological Expertise: Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall approaches, allowing for flexible and effective project execution.
• Global Collaboration: Demonstrated success in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, ensuring cohesive project progress.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, facilitating clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships and promoting team cohesion.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at analyzing complex problems, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions.
• Matrix Organization Navigation: Experienced in operating within matrix organizations, effectively managing responsibilities and expectations in individual contributor roles.
• Agile Methodologies Proficiency: Well-versed in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and practices.
