Program Manager and Admissions Counselor

About the School:

Horizon Experiential World School is a brand new international school launching from Academic Year 2026. The school is the first Finnish Education Primary School of South India.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be in the front line of communication with interested parents. Candidate will provide expert counselling to parents regarding Education boards, value of Finnish Education, first principle on which the school is built.

Stay updated on international education policies, parenting topics etc.

Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to educate parents.

Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Be the Program manager to organize weekend workshops for students and parents.

Call leads generated from marketing and workshops to get feedback and counsel them to covert into admissions.

This role has ample potential to evolve into Operations Manager/EA to CEO/Chief of Staff roles

Requirements:

• Candidate should be able to commute to Kollur, Hyderabad daily.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Strong knowledge of Education boards and Parenting concerns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle parent queries professionally and patiently.
• Proficiency in AI and CRM tools is an advantage.
