This role will have direct ownership over large programs, new product launches, improvements to the end-to-end CX, and establishing SOPs and best practices to help scale the business. This leader will have a high degree of visibility across the organization and work across a broad group of stakeholders from product, marketing, CS, accounting, legal (and more!) to deliver results for our customers.

Key job responsibilities
. Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end customer journey.
. Build new mechanisms to support new product launches and cross-team initiatives, as well as audit mechanisms to support post-launch
.. Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, with an eye to looking around corners to maintain project timelines
. Identify operational gaps, build new processes with stakeholders, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
. Leverage learnings to influence the product roadmap

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
