Job Description

As a key member of the Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) Global Cloud Solutions and Enablement team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer success through leading the go-to-market strategies at a global level covering North America, EMEA, JAPAC and LAD regions. This position focuses on planning and driving our go-to-market initiatives, enabling our workforce on strategic sales plays, supporting events to position CSS and, collecting customer testimonials,. Your efforts will ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of Oracle's short and long-term goals globally.

In addition to GTM responsibilities, this role also involves the strategic creation of high-impact content, executive messaging and enablement programs. You will develop compelling executive collaterals, sales materials, customer success stories, and training resources that support CSS initiatives, ensuring the field is equipped with relevant, timely, and effective tools to drive customer adoption and success.

As a Go-to-Market and Enablement Lead, you will:

Strategic GTM Leadership

  • Design and lead tailored GTM strategies aligned with CSS and Oracle priorities across the Oracle Technology stack - AI, SaaS, OCI, Database and Industries.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive alignment on services, market positioning, value proposition, and regional opportunities.
  • Monitor regional trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine strategies and influence senior leadership.
  • Manage high impact strategic programs across groups and multiple stakeholders

Enabling Workforce on Strategic Sales Plays:

  • Create and deliver training programs and materials to enable the workforce on key sales initiatives.
  • Develop compelling messages and create content to position strategic initiatives for CSS
  • Conduct regular workshops, webinars, newsletter articles to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest tools and information.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to sales teams to drive successful customer engagements.

Collecting Customer Testimonials:

  • Identify and engage with satisfied customers to gather testimonials and case studies.
  • Work with the marketing team to create compelling content from customer testimonials.

Leverage customer stories to demonstrate the value and impact of CSS services.

The ideal candidate will have all or a good selection of the following:

  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and leading high impact org-wise strategies, preferably in the technology sector with a minimum of 15 years experience in the above areas.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Technologies across SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, OCI, Database and Industry applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Strategic thinking, initiative-taking, and the ability to identify gaps and advise senior management.
  • High energy, positive mindset, results-oriented, and a desire to make a significant impact.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities, with a flair for creating engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Proficient in conveying complex content through PowerPoint, with advanced analytics, MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs and training materials.
  • Stakeholder management skills to build credibility, trust, and rapport at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
