Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical PMO to anchor high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams. This is a cross-functional leadership role that combines structured thinking, strong project management skills, and technical understanding to drive execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program planning and execution for technical and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams to drive alignment and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, track dependencies, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Define success metrics, set up operating rhythms, and drive reporting, reviews, and governance structures.
• Anticipate project issues, flag delays, and proactively communicate with stakeholders.
• Drive sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives in partnership with engineering and product teams.
• Help bring structure, prioritization, and predictability to product and engineering execution.

What We're Looking For

• 48 years of experience in program management, preferably in product-led tech companies or startups.
• Strong technical understanding; experience working with engineering teams on backend systems, APIs, or platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate with high ownership, speed, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile processes, tools (JIRA, Notion, Excel/Sheets), and structured problem-solving.
• Strong bias for action and ability to drive outcomes independently.
• Mandate skills: scrum, agile

Good to Have

• Prior experience in a product company or startup ecosystem.
• Engineering or technical background (CS degree or equivalent work exposure).
• Familiarity with OKR or metric-driven delivery frameworks.
