Role Responsibilities:

Own product strategy and manage the entire product lifecycle, enhancing customer experience and revenue.
Collaborate with clients, business teams, and technical teams to define scope and user stories for product development.
Lead project planning and execution from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and resources are efficiently managed.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in telecom or fintech sectors.
Experience with communication solutions like IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integration.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
