Responsibilities
A successful candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in collecting, conceptualising and designing Power Distribution, Control/Electro-Mechanical boxes. They must be adept in Thermal hand calculations, basic simulation, component selection, designing and prototyping while working with cross-functional internal/external teams.
They should be proficient in problem-solving techniques (8D, 5Why, Fishbone etc), design techniques (DfX, FMEA), analysis, communication and handling multiple stakeholders globally.
