Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify high-impact opportunities where analytics and AI can drive business value
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical problem statements
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions in collaboration with data scientists and data engineers
- Lead project execution, ensuring delivery excellence, timelines, and quality standards
- Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, and solution adoption
- Measure and articulate the business impact of analytics solutions using relevant metrics
- Provide hands-on support in data analysis, modeling, and solution design when required
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing
- Develop reusable frameworks and best practices for scalable analytics delivery
Skills Required:
- 6+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or AI consulting roles
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI techniques with business applications
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Hands-on experience across the analytics lifecycle: scoping, development, validation, deployment
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python and/or R
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Strong stakeholder management and project governance experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related domain)
