Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Program Intern (unpaid). This role offers hands-on experience in program design/management and impact-driven work, perfect for students or recent graduates eager to make a difference.

  • Assist in designing, coordinating, and managing programs
  • Develop materials, draft proposals, and create concept notes
  • Conduct research and analyze program effectiveness to identify improvements
  • Engage with stakeholders (e.g., partners, communities, and youth groups) for smooth communication
  • Support other program-related activities as needed

Duration- At least 2 months

Time commitment- 8-10 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NGO operations, including programs and proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and stakeholder engagement
  • Passion for social impact, with a focus on empowering youth to drive sustainability
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Education, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating program performance
