Role Description
As an
Program Intern, you will work closely with all functional team leads across Product,
Academics, Placements, and Operations to drive student success and learning outcomes..
This internship offers hands-on exposure to managing programs end-to-end, coordination
across teams, problem-solving, and execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Problem Solve: Work on problem statements across academics, experience,
product, and operations.
- Design & Execute: Break down problems, design solutions, and drive end-to-end
execution.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Academics,
Operations, Placement, Experience).
- Scale Operations: Create structured workflows, processes, and documentation for
program scale.
- Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research to benchmark best practices and
propose improvements.
- Data-Driven Action: Use data to identify issues, track progress, and influence
decisions.
- Innovate: Run experiments to improve student experience and program outcomes.
- Project Delivery: Take ownership of specific initiatives or projects and deliver them
with quality.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (B.Tech preferred but open to
all with strong interest).
- Sharp communication & stakeholder coordination skills.Strong analytical thinking;
comfortable with Sheets, data, and structured problem-solving.
- High ownership, fast learner, and bias for action.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Prior internship/project experience in strategy/founder's office/product/program
roles is a plus.
