- End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex programs and projects for the life sciences client across various areas such as discovery, Pre-clinical, R&D, Mfg, commercial, patient centricity, cloud transformation, digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
- Project Execution: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards by bringing in productivity using automation and gen AI tools and accelerators.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues and take corrective actions to keep projects on track and mitigate any potential roadblocks.
