Finkraft.ai is an AI-first financial-automation company. We turn the messiest layer of enterprise travel and tax — invoices, entity identities and indirect-tax recovery — into clean, compliant, recoverable data for large corporates and their travel ecosystems. Our Bangalore team builds and runs the engine; we are now standing up the product, AI, data and go-to-market tracks that power our UAE and GCC expansion.

Why this role exists

Several tracks are shipping at once, against a hard regulatory window. Right now, on-time delivery lives in the founder's head — it shouldn't.

We need one person who owns the answer to does it ship on time across product, AI, data and GTM — turning founder velocity into sequenced, tracked, blocker-free execution. This is the keystone hire for the build pod: nothing else lands predictably without it.

The shape of the role

Where you'll be. Based in Bangalore with the build pod, owning delivery for the UAE/GCC product and go-to-market sprint. It's a hands-on operating role in a fast, founder-led environment — not a process-administration seat.

What you'll own — roles & responsibilities

• One plan, one tracker. Build and maintain the master sprint plan and a single tracker of truth across all tracks — product, AI, data and GTM — with clear RACI where ownership is contested.

• Daily execution. Run standups that aren't theatre, surface blockers fast, and drive blocker mean-time-to-resolution down — you unblock, you don't just escalate.

• Risk & dependencies. Keep a live risk register and track external dependencies — ASP/e-invoicing rails, PMS/ERP, banks, vendors — so nothing slips silently.

• Leadership visibility. Produce a weekly dashboard a founder reads in sixty seconds: what shipped, what's at risk, what needs a decision.

• Hiring cadence. Run the pod's hiring and onboarding tracker so staffing keeps pace with the build plan.

  
  
  

The track record we're looking for

We're looking for someone who has done this before — who has held a multi-track program together when it mattered. Concretely:

• Multi-workstream delivery. 8–14 years in delivery or program management in SaaS, fintech or technology services, running parallel workstreams with real external dependencies.

• A bias to unblock. You can point to a stuck, cross-team dependency you personally drove to resolution — not one you merely flagged upward.

• Relentless follow-through. You measure, you chase, you close loops — and you can show the metrics you ran a program by.

• Comfort in ambiguity. You've operated inside founder-led chaos and brought order to it without slowing it down.

You've sequenced and shipped programs spanning several teams and external partners, on cadence.

Dependency & risk management

You track and de-risk external dependencies (vendors, banks, integrations) before they bite.

Blocker removal

You drive blockers to closure with low MTTR — ownership, not just escalation.

Tracker & tooling discipline

One source of truth, set up day one; status a CEO can read in a minute.

Operating without authority

You move teams without needing formal reporting lines over them.

What gives you an edge

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or SAFe certification.

• Exposure to travel, tax, e-invoicing or integration/ASP programs.

• Fluency with Jira, Linear, ClickUp or Notion as delivery systems, not just trackers.

• Experience delivering against a compliance or regulatory deadline.
