About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Project / Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, stakeholder management, delivery execution, and managing cross-functional teams. Experience managing AI-driven technology projects and working within the Lease Management or Real Estate domain is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, budgets, and delivery quality.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Conduct project reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and organizational delivery processes.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage project financials, effort tracking, and resource utilization.
- Support project estimation, planning, and execution activities.
Must-Have SkillsExperience
- 8–15 years of overall experience in Project or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
