Job Description

Role Summary

Lead largescale BSS/OSS transformation programs for telecom clients, owning endtoend offshore delivery, governance, and technical leadership across Salesforcebased telco platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BSS/OSS program delivery for complex telco transformation engagements.
  • Own offshore delivery execution, governance, risk management, and reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership across:
  • Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity)
  • Sales, Service, Commerce & Data Clouds
  • Drive largescale Salesforce telco implementations and integrations.
  • Partner with onshore leadership and senior stakeholders to ensure predictable, highquality delivery.
  • Build and scale highperforming offshore BSS/OSS delivery teams.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of IT experience with deep BSS/OSS domain expertise.
  • Proven track record delivering multiple telco transformation programs.
  • Strong handson experience with Salesforce Communications (Vlocity) and core Salesforce Clouds.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
