Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 gross per month

Reporting To: Recruiter / HR Team

About the Role

Program Coordinators are the bridge between NIYO and parents and students. You'll find prospects on your own, explain the right NIYO program, follow up, and take families all the way through registration and onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Generate parent and student prospects through personal networks, referrals, social media, local outreach, field activity and digital channels
• Contact prospective families and understand the student's class, interests and needs
• Explain NIYO Explorer, NIYO Innovator and NIYO Fellowship accurately
• Guide families on program fee, learning experience and registration process
• Follow up regularly and professionally with interested parents and students
• Support registration and complete successful onboarding
• Update prospect, follow-up and onboarding activity in NIYO Work OS
• Attend training, team meetings and product updates

Who Should Apply

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with outbound calling, field outreach and talking to parents
• Self-driven and consistent with follow-ups
• Good with basic tech and tracking tools
• Freshers and sales/counselling experience both welcome
