Roles and Responsibilities-

Setting the culture of wellbeing through champions

Mobilizer/ L1 psychologist / Champions pipeline

1. 400 Champions being mobilised for champions training (Quarter) 1000 year

2. Ensuring champions a minimum of 5 champs per training

3. Dedicated Care manager/L1 psychologist ensuring Chat / Call

4. Chat Support Improvement and Standardization

5. 1000 1:1 Emotional Health Checkings for Seafarers

6. 4500 emotional health assessment (ashore and seafarers)

7. 300 champions ashore office

8. 4 Champions training in 2 months (post-training)

9. Data management of seafarers champions 1:1 and assessment for all the channels

10. Improvising the mobilization process and upgrading

11. Feedback and testimonial system for impact presentation 10 testimonials per month

working days- Sunday to Thursday
